Shwetha Shrinivas is a Bangalore based theatre person. She has been active in theatre since childhood and won several State and National Awards. Having graduated from NINASAM, Shwetha has performed in lead roles in more than 60 plays, acted in many Kannada movies and TV projects.

She earned wide recognition through the movies like Pancharangi, Dyavre, Benkipatna, Krishnaleela, Neeru Thandavaru and Naathicharami. Shwetha is a performing Yakshagana artiste and also Odissi classical dance practitioner.

Having worked with veterans like KV Akshara, G Venu and few more, Shwetha Shrinivas has won Best Actor and Best Costume Designer META National Award for Chithrapata play staged in Delhi, And also Best Actor State Award for the play Mukkam Post Bombilvadi staged for Rangabhoomi Udupi.

She is associated with the theatre group Rangaratha – Indian Performing Arts Company and is accredited as Professional Actress and Avant Garde Director.
